I abide by the obscenity rule but I don't go and report every little thing that's slightly infractionable. I'm not entirely in agreement with how some of the choices for infraction were made.

I actually thought the comic was er... "healthier(?)" compared to other stuff. lol

If you think so, feel free to report the other stuff. I'm afraid moderators can't be on guard watching every single post 24/7, that's why we have the report-buttons

So it is not like they banned him for it, they gave him an infraction for it, and the infraction lead to the ban.
