So can I like have an icon that's blank white?

No. In case it's not obvious, I will be approving icons to make sure this is a fair game.

I guess it defeats the purpose, I'll just list things that go along with that:
-Blank icon
-Icon as part of an image (not on the same image, more like a jigsaw puzzle)
-Icon that blends on the text of the post.

Sorry, I'm probably going to have to withdraw. Going to be busy with a lot of work in the coming months, and hosting Mafia as well so I won't have time to hunt in obscure places. Sorry.

New rule: Needs to be on the first or last page of the thread, and only the last page if the thread is not likely to be bumped. This is using the 20 posts per page count, not 40.

Any post made within the last two weeks, on the first or last page of a sticky, OR
Any post made within the last two weeks, on the first or last page of a thread on the first 3 pages of any subforum

because that is how I understand it but I find the wording rather confusing.

Not sure how else to explain it without making it convoluted.

Let's start by clarifying that the condition of first three pages of a subforum is meant for the the forums that art actively used, like the funhouse, angry dome and general section. There are likely to be threads only a few days old that go back several pages within the subforum itself. While it holds true that a thread on the fourth page may have been made within the last two weeks, it is unacceptable to use because of the natural difficulty it creates for seekers. Likewise, there are many forums that have posts dating back later than two weeks on a single page, and in that event you would be requested to post your icon only in the topics that do not exceed the specified date (two weeks)

This also applies to blogs, as their are many of them and they are not exactly easy to search through.

This does not apply to stickies, however, as they do not move regardless of age or popularity of the forum. A sticky of any age may be used.

Does that make more sense?
