We experienced a serious network issueon May 8th, 2011 that has caused downtime in many of our games. We apologize for the delay in an official notice, the network issue disrupted our ability to update you quickly. We are working on resolving the issue now and need to restart all MapleStory game worlds. Once all game worlds are restarted we will check to ensure that everything is working properly again and open the game. We estimate that this process should take about 1.5 hours.

I like that Nexon is so oblivious to the coin exploit. Time to chalk up another one to the list.

I was thinking the same. They should just ban all the exploiters. All those coins exploited isn't good.

Pretty sure that they used this last server check to somehow make logs of who is making coins. Don't expect immediate action.

Best decision is to ban the dumbasses who forgot to turn there coins in..

Basically every single player with more than 200k owns a couple chaos scrolls how are they going to pick out the exploiters from the legit players?

It would be 4 days not a full week and it's been done before. They would just compensate with maple points and 2x events to make up for it. If it's for the betterment of the game then I'm all for it even though I will lose a few unique gear but oh well, better than having the rate of the economy get ridiculously high.
