I did relog, and low and behold... Problem solved.

Guess I should be a lil less trigger happy with the screenshot button.

I was freakin out though, because I tried activating a cheap guild skill and it wouldn't let me.

Alls well that ends well.

When you get GP, the guild level resets back to normal. Since you have the one hour playing message, you got the +10 GP shortly after your screenshot. Thus your relogging did nothing, it was just the fact that you were on for an hour.
