Nope, combat mastery is ignore 40% PDR at all times. 48% with CO. :0

They work the same as regular Cubes, they just have a 25% chance to add another line if the item is 2 lined.

It seemed from the description that they could subtract lines too.

Just like regular cubes reset epic/unigue items once they get passed rare

3 premium on one pair of gloves got it 3line, then saw I had enough for another cube when I went into MTS between HT runs... threw a second on another pair and get this:

3line + epic.

2nd Katina Boots I made, first ones popped on Potential, these came out 3L on reveal. I'd rather use up my crystals than lose them so I had to do it some time. (had an Adv. dex)

& yes I'm at 170 dex with a Casters (it adds 7 dex, so 163 really)
