It's an official game, it's Touhou 12.3: Hisoutensoku, the sequel (or rather, add-on to Scarlet Weather Rhapsody). I've been playing it for near a year now, competitively. I'm extremely rusty atm though, not as aggressive as I used to be.

aren't those fanmade though? i am keeping fanhou as a separate thing.

Fighting games are kinda fanmade since ZUN didn't make them himself, but they're official because ZUN had part in them and they're canon in his storyline.

A Touhou's accesories are all essential parts of their character. If you clip her wings, she will vanish.
