then I change leader, and I end up being unable to enter.
the notice you see is the respective channels of normal and chaos zakum.

You need 5 in the squad to sign up at squad NPC. Going through that portal have no part req. att all though All I can think of is lack of eye of fire. Either that or some weird JMS thingy.

Does it? The kill count here in GMS resets 24 hours after the second time you enter. But even then, just by looking at your picture we can see that's not the case. Have you relogged or remade the party?
