So yes, I agree. I mean, how many classes have something similar to say... Rush or Flash Jump now?
ShanghaiDizzy Wrote:And stance.
To be fair, Rush and Stance are kinda necessary staple skills for melee, because they are inferior in comparison with ranged classes without them. Flash Jump-esque skills, I'll probably agree on that.

I definitely agree for them to be staples in melee classes. But why do WH and Mechs have them then? Nexon has no idea on how to balance classes. :/

Both have melee attacks too, so that's most likely the case. I know Mech's 100% is a bit much, but then it kinda makes sense when you are piloting a machine, and well-crafted machines are extremely strudy.

Yet a class like Shadower have neither rush nor stance. Go figure.

Guess their massive dodging and Flash Jump is supposed to make up for both of them? >_> <_<

I don't think so.
do you honestly think shads need more of a buff....
honestly?
or are you arguing that mechs and wh should have those aspects removed since they don't really "need" it (or you feel it is out of character for the class?)

Methinks she's moreso saying that melee classes (and classes with melee skills) have stance/rush, but Shadowers, who are a melee class, don't, making the whole "melee need stance" statement a bit redundant. :v Just adding my own speculation to the conversation, I could be wrong. XD
On that note, Battle Mages have Stance, yet no Rush (but they do have a Monster Magnet-esque skill lolol).

Either you like to start irrelevant arguments or you failed to miss the topic of discussion in the past few posts completely. I wasn't arguing for a shad buff at all nor having either of those traits removed from WH and mechs. Learn to understand the context.

Move the HP bars UNDER the monsters. Wouldn't that be alot better?
I endorse this statement, after lvl 120 i stopped seeing monster HP because hurricane completely covers the HP bar

Well, what do you shadowers prefer, 45% avoid rate, or 45% stance rate?
Because let me tell you, avoiding something already works as stance, but without damage.

I vote other, but yes they've become really common and some quite silly. I just like some, and dislike others. I like the blow skill for battlemages, 6 hits on 6 monsters.. it works mobbing and solo. Blast for pally though makes me giggle. 1 single stab like motion hits 3 times. and same for assaulter with CB. the ones with multi hit motions makes sense.

I don't mind multi-hit skills, but they do tend to get real spammy rather quickly. Plus with all sorts of numbers flying all over the place due to multiple hits, it makes it seem like there's a ton of damage going on all at once, when it's clearly not the case.
I think ME and CoH are rather silly. They hit so many times that the numbers actually end up going out of bounds and off the screen, so you never actually see every hit to begin with.

I figured since you said "Nexon has no idea how to balance classes" that one of the two would hold true... or, what was the point you were trying to make? No need to get all uppity.

It's funny though, numbers flying so high they go off screen.

Until the iframes glitch is gone I won't find this entirely true.

Sadly, I don't think it's going away.

In fact, I'm starting to think the "glitch" intentional where a Magic Attack always hits you unless you've just taken damage. :/
