Attempting to "Break" the new Guild System

On all the time is completely differnent than leaving maple on 24/7

Unless Nexon changed it, whenever you delete a character that was in a guild, the guild system will "Auto-Kick" said deleted character. At least that's what happened to a few players in my sisters' guild months ago.

This doesn't work. I tried doing that with my FM guild as a test and the points get reset as the members who were deleted got auto-kicked.

The number 1 contributer to my guild, NEVER gets on.... And he doesn't really lvl that fast...
So I'm wondering why he has more GP than me.... Even though I leave my chara afk almost 24/7?

I asked him if he buys guild skills a lot..... He says he hasn't bought 1....

So what is this guy doing... To out GP his guildmaster... Who is basically a "no-lifer"?

I need to find out how he got all that GP... Because he's doing something that I am not.

Activating skills don't net you any GP. Buying and upgrading them do. If you even hover your mouse over the guild skills' activation buttons, you'll be able to see who upgraded and purchased skills, too. Each upgrade at level 3 if I recall would net 1,000 GP. While I can't speak for the other upgrades, I'm sure they're similar in cost, too. Given there's about 10 upgrades cumulatively up to level 3 and if each skill yields 1,000 GP, then the totals should be over 10,000 which they are. He's probably leveled a few times which also bumped up his GP a bit more.

Furthermore, why the jealousy of someone out-GP-ing you? Should you as the guild master be proud that someone is willing to contribute that much to the guild?

It's not jealousy... I just want to figure out how he's getting that much more gp than everyone else.

We all need to be doing that...

That's why I though some PQs were giving GP...

If they are not.... Then something is a lil off.

Maybe he has been buying skills, and just told me he hasn't just to F with me... That is in the realm of possible possibility.

If that's how you really feel, then there's no reason to call him a no lifer. Also, buying skills is not the same as upgrading them. We already told you how to check who is upgrading them.

Mr. Dizzy I called myself a no lifer... Not him.... Which is exactly why I'm wondering how he has more GP than me.... I AM always on... I know whose on... And I know he's not on.....

I mean he plays kinda frequently, I'm just saying that he can't have gotten it by being on more than me... Be cause He hasn't.
And yes I looked at the skills menu... He wasn't the last person to purchase a skill... If he has been buying skills, maybe he's a warrior or sumthing and has been buying the speed+ skill... I'm just saying it's odd how he's blowing everyone else away gp wise...

Every hour they're on, they'll get +10 GP. If they're active, it's anywhere from +20 to +30 GP. Level ups yield +80 after a certain level. Upgrades result in +1000. Chances are, he's been doing a number of these to total it up to 12k. And like I said, upgrading a skill isn't the same as purchasing a skill. You only get points for upgrading, not purchasing. Check the top window to see if he's the one upgrading them.

My current theory is that I prolly guilded him at like lvl 13. And he's a mech, so he got to 120 really fast.

Here's an interesting question (and forgive me if it's been outlined somewhere in the deep depths of this board), but lets say that I kicked that guy (which I wont) and it took 12,000 GP away from us.

Would we go back to being a lvl 2 guild?
He's a cool guy so I may just kick him and rejoin him just to check that out... But if anyone already knows that would satiate my intellectual curiosity.

If you kick him, you will loose all the contribution from him, except for the 500 he get for joining again.

You won't lose a guild level, but you will be 12k farther from the next one, cause that GP is permanently lost when someone's kicked from a guild.
