Do you get 500 maple leafs every time you level?

Varies. You get less at low levels, more at high levels. Topped out at 1xxx leaves. I'd give exact numbers but tespias still down.

Is it just me or is there something missing? Exctractions don't have the pets or 77lvl maple weapons etc., even though those are in game already.

For the weapons, yes. For the pets, Fiel seems to miss those here and there.
