User Experience MapleStory Workshop Recruitment!

Nexon America User Experience team is holding a MapleStory workshop at our Nexon offices. In the workshop, we will explore new ways to imagine the game by doing some fun activities. Sound interesting? We are looking for MapleStory players in the Los Angeles area to participate in this unique experience.



We are looking for a range of players. If you meet the following the criteria please contact us by April 22nd because space is very limited:



- You either: 1.) belong to a MapleStory guild where you play with other people who live in LA area OR 2.) regularly play MapleStory with group of 3 or more friends who live in LA

- You have a parent/guarding who can sign a consent form for you to participate in this workshop if you are under 18 years of age

- You are available on Saturday May 14th at 11am for 4 hours (lunch provided)

- You have transportation to and from our offices.



When you e-mail us, please include the following information:

1. Your Full Name

2. Your zip code and the name for the part of the LA where you live (e.g. Brentwood)

3. Your age on your last birthday

4. An email address where we can reach you

5. Phone number where we can call you

6. Your MapleStory character name

7. Your current MapleStory level

8. If we are not able to invite you this time, your interest in us contacting you to participate in another User Experience event (very interested, kinda interested, not interested)

First thing I thought when I read knowing people that plays MS around your living area is a requirement, was: they will try to create an exclusive LHC-like area.

So much for guessing. Lolz.

When they put together "a new way to imagine the game" and the requirement that you know other people who play in your area, I'm thinking they're trying to make a maple D&D-style thing. That is, play Maplestory offline. Note that they're not saying all the people in your area who maple need to come to this day. Just one, to learn the game, and presumably be the "DM" for their friends.

Just my wild speculation, am thousands of miles from being able to learn first-hand what it's about.
