LHC mobs considered Bosses?

I was pretty sure they weren't considered bosses until I saw one of Fiel's extractions that marked them as ones.
My question is, will Boss Damage 30% work on LHC mobs?

They are only bosses for bad (various effects and skills don't work on them) but not for good (so boss damage on weapons doesn't work on them, either).
