Dont know if anybody else asked that but doesn no1 ask yourself what the % damage of chain is now? Chain Lightning Hits 72x per minute at a rate of 820% (after chaos)
4x820% x72 per min seems kinda Overpowered to me Rotfl. If anyone knows CL Damage % Post it here please I expect it to be around 300-400 Best regards Nyzam
