Really? I often wonder why people try and get away with things and then complain when it doesn't work out in their favour.

I'm a bit mad about this because last night I was stupid and paranoid about glitches so I unequipped one of my rings. hnnnng, hopefully Nexon fixes it next week or sometime soon anyway so it shouldn't matter.

Fix what? Three rings were not intended to be stacked, only evo I and evo II. @Locked, indeed human nature tells you to go with what benefits you the most, your morals are what dictate whether what benefits you the most is right or wrong. At first it bugged me that people we're stacking more rings than intended, but im pretty much on the same stance as takebacker now, i could care less if people decide to glitch them, i can't do anything about it anyways =P.

This is the kind of comments that piss me off. You don't want it fixed because it's a glitch, or wrong, you want it fixed because you did something stupid, and don't want other people to have an advantage over you for it. I don't care either way, I kept my ring untradeable, if it got fixed, fine, if it didn't, better. If Nexon has taught us anything, is that we don't know how they're gonna react to glitch abuse (Aran rings, pink scrolls, white scrolls, witch belts, etc). People who take advantage of Nexon's stupidity are pretty much gambling. Even if I don't agree with people who report these glitches for the "right" reasons (It's wrong, blah blah), I understand and respect it. However, when people report these things (or "hope nexon fixes it") merely out of jealousy, because they were too lazy/scared to do it, or because they fucked up along the way, THAT is immature.

No, I want it fixed because Nexon said they would fix it and I unequipped my ring because I thought they would do it anyway. Do I care if other people get an advantage over me? No. Do I care if Nexon makes me unintentionally gimp my character by saying they would do something they didn't do? Yeah.

They did fix it. Only problem is, the fixed it in the sense the decent skills were fixed. If you had the rings equipped prior to the patch, then you get to keep them. The same way decent skills were kept if you had learned them already. Also, nobody told you to unequip it...

I can understand why you don't want it to be fixed, but if I were you, I wouldn't go as far as questioning the other side's maturity.Lol, if you gonna report this ring glitch might as well report the decent skill glitch. =P It's human nature to be selfish & whatnot. But I can't stand it when others are being all hypocritical & all that, not saying you're one of them since you could the only rare player that didn't participate in all these glitches.

They never said "Characters found wearing more rings than intended will have them deleted / be banned / be punished some other unnamed way". It was your paranoia that made you act, as you yourself stated. Personally, I kept my level 17 ring untradable, but never equipped another with it, and don't particularly care if they fix the glitch properly or not. I don't feel my character is "gimped". Some glitch abusers have an advantage? *shrug*

Reason I want these types of glitches fixed is so I can laugh and enjoy the rage and QQ that is thrown out when the glitchers / abusers didn't get their way.

No, but they did say that characters will only be able to equip one evolving ring II, so I unequipped my ring, it wouldn't matter after the SC right? Anyway, I'm just saying I'm a bit angry because I could've still left my ring on and gotten a boost for a while. I don't get why everyone is arguing with me for saying that, especially like takebacker said, it's likely they're going to fix it later. |
