I did it yesterday long before the SC. They sneaked the fix in just like that.

The only thing I do not get is why they made them unstackable long before the SC, and then followed up with doing zero in the actual maintenance.

Apparently they tried to fix it by just changing the items' equip conditions, and hoped it would cause them to become unequipped automagically. Of course they never tested it...

Having to actually go over the database and find all the equipped-item inventories with two or more Type II rings and somehow take care of them will take some hours. I wouldn't be too surprised if whatever method they choose to deal with those rings will result in glitches.

Or they could do what they did with Lirins ring and make it red out. I'm sure you can code it to have a condition like "if item x is equipped bonus is made null".

That's why like a lot of people, I filled my equip inventory with junk before SC last night. And now that you mentioned it, I remember having a dream last night about nexon messing up the "fix" and made all my equipped items go into the wrong slots, like my zhelm going into my gloves slot LOL

Haha sometimes I wonder the same thing. Like those 24 hour gifted 1.5x cards, it caused no one harm yet everyone was b`itching about it cause they couldn't do it. In the end, it doesn't matter though.

People who didn't abuse the glitch want it to be fixed, and people who abused the glitch doesn't want it to be fixed. It's only natural to behave this way. I can understand why you don't want it to be fixed, but if I were you, I wouldn't go as far as questioning the other side's maturity.

I didn't abuse the glitch and don't care if it's fixed. I'm wearing the rings the way they're intended to be, and that's all that matters.
