Take it if you plan on doing lots of bossing. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think mechs have any innate PDR ignore, so those stats would be great for taking on big bosses.

They kinda do. Hammer's ignore PDR seems to be leaking to other skills. Jellyflower on here posted about it. More PDR though is still more damage.

If you are a damage hoe, it's a very good deal. Think about how much it would cost to reproduce that. Clean VIP gun (good luck finding), average 18 pinks and 18 whites (or 9 Pams) + 2 hammers + who knows how many cubes. Even if you started with a Reverse with 85 att, it would cost way over over max mesos, unless you were extremely lucky with the scrolling and cubing.
If you are not a damage hoe, then it's not such a good deal, because the extra 20 or 30 att over something more affordable is not that game breaking.
