The Facebook 500,000 Fans Milestone is fast approaching! MapleStory wouldnt be the game we know and love without the strength and size of its members, and we want to show the world just how much our community has grown with the MapleStory Facebook page. Currently we have over 435,000 fans, and we want to go BIG by hitting that half million mark!

If we reach our goal of 500,000 Facebook Likes by May 11, 2011, we will give away 500,000 prizes! What are these prizes? As we approach the goal, we will provide more hints. I dunno, maybe they'll lower their milestone nearing the end like Vindictus did.

He's assuming a prize will be given out in-game to each fan of Maple Story, which isn't likely to happen. What they could do in place of that, however, is send every single person who has liked MapleStory a private message including a cash shop code.

They don't. Whenever I've won a contest from Nexon through Facebook, they sent me a private message asking for my necessary information in order for me to receive my prize.

There's a code for 10k nx, too? Vindictus sometimes does those.

500k seems pretty damn nice, when I compare to some other known companies/games.

Wasn't the last one a 2x event though? And wouldn't it be too much of a hassle sending all those PMs and await their replies? O_O

Isn't May 11th the B-day of GMS? Or is that May 13th? Regardless, having the milestone be THAT close to the B-day can only mean something epic is abound.
