the company that manages it (Level Up! Games) is somehow worse than Nexon, letting meso sellers drive the economy into a state of insane inflation with hacked mesos of which they say they don't know the origins.
their response to this meso hacking crap was to increase the amount of mesos from the meso bags in cash shop, lol.
they have had 4th job since last year, pirates were also slated to come out but apparently never did. the game hasn't had any major updates since last christmas. only cash shop updates and events.
arguably, LUG has a lot of games to manage, but this is still a pretty sad state of affairs. this is causing BRz to try to move to gMS (proxies? idk) so if someone posts a proxy guide on their forums or something, expect an influx of BRz in gMS, lol
(also let's pretend someone here cares)
http://forum.nexon.net/MapleStory/forums...36177.aspx brs trying to get Nexon's attention as to how bad brMS is. >_>
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6XLumU6RBqc a poison mist-related bug they had.

With a company like that... Expected/10.
It has always been in a bad state, but by months ago, it's much worse. At least, Nexon' GM's don't accept invitations from players just to chat, don't IRL know any members, and especifically don't give any privileges to the celebrities of the server.
It's not only in a deplorable state. It always was deplorable. The game's ridiculously broken, there has been zero updates, it's abandoned, since the company isn't really the best for administrating something. You don't really see an ilbi for max mesos for weeks in any other versions, at all.
Well, hoping for it to close~ At least, IP's will be free once again.

I actually just went to BMS' site earlier today and was amazed that nothing had changed since the last time I looked at it... Crazy that there's worse than NexonAM.

Well, there were rumors of it closing soon because of the abandoned state it has. Ah, come on, VMS was still better than that and that was enough for them to close. Why not close this and put an end to the story of incompetence?

JMS is apparently doing pretty well, though I don't know personally. eMS, MSEA and others have run into their shares of problems, but their companies have tried their best and earnest with solving their issues.
brMS has clearly been left to the dogs. I do hope it closes soon, but this will probably mean places like MP3 and stuff (which are already crowded enough as it is) will probably get more crowded, assuming gMS unblocks brazilian IPs.
it would depend on Nexon Korea allowing Nexon AM to do this. Now that I think about it, calling it gMS is pretty misleading by now... usMS is probably more appropriate, lol

actually, their last update was 4th job/leafre being released in christmas 2010. People made beginners expecting pirates to come out soon after, but that never happened :/
It sucks, too. I think brMS has one of the most original MS sites of them all; they took a lot of liberties using in-game sprites to create funny scenes, and it's definitely very charming.

I have to admit, that poison mist glitch is hilarious though. But the game still is in a shethole.

JMS' going fine. It was only fucked up by the earthquake and tsunamis for a week or two. It's just a little behind others for now.

Now in the game, the only thing you have actually is ks anego, or kill The Boss that drops nothing. Also, since brms had the "CB Meso exploit" nothing has been done and we stayed a week with this infested hacker in the game.
GMS, EMS, MSEA (?) and other versions without exception had a rollback in less than two days. Now, we have MANY people with thousands of mules full meso, ie, the economy will never stabilize.

How is it even possible to accidentally make poison mist work on other players...

How big can the BrMS population be anyway? I'm sure many players feel motivated to play BrMS because it's translated into their birth language but if BrMS closes, I think many of them will move to other games instead of GMS.

i don't get what you are trying to say, but okay.
idc if they unblock brazilian IP, nexon should fix HT, fix exploits, dcs, etc etc etc. anyway i don't play maple that much to care about it lol.

This.
Many players of BrMS don't even know english,so there is a majority chance of they just move to other games, like GrandChase, wich is very popular in Brazil.
