So today I learned that the row of champions you can choose from for free changes every week. Pretty awsome system to try out every champion but I miss my Lux. Going to want her back as soon as possible. Meanwhile LF>buddies LoL EU IGN: SolicShooter?

Level 1 runes are pretty cost effective, bro

Also like that Lee Sin is a ranged melee tanky dps assassin mage tank support jungler.

I've always wanted to try Veigar. I might give Rammus a shot again, even though he was the first tank I tried that I failed epically at (someone on Southperry can attest to that).

I've always wanted to try Veigar. I might give Rammus a shot again, even though he was the first tank I tried that I failed epically at (someone on Southperry can attest to that).

Gonna try Noct. I was never too good with Yi, so he may not be my type, but gonna try him.

I have played rammus (failed), twitch (another fail) and karma (So-so). Still looking another champ that can make me say "Holy pomegranate i liek it" (So far only Noc, Lux and Yi have made me said that)

Bought Swain and played a match, hadn't used him since last time he was free, he's so fucking stronnnggg

294 creep kills. Is that good? i feel like thats high.

I decided I'd try Karma, Twitch, and Alistar today. Didn't like Twitch much, he's just too different for my playstyle. The whole assassin thing just doesn't work out well for me with stealth and his skills feel like worse versions of other characters abilities imo. I'd take Teemo or Singed for poison any day, and any number of other characters for slows. As for Karma, I enjoyed her, but I don't think she's a character I prefer. She's a strong support, but I don't tend to play supports very well. Still, I do much better on her than compared to say Zilean, but worse than I do on Lux or Morgana. Perhaps with some practice that would change, but for now she's pretty low on my priority list to get. As for Alistar, I couldn't roam with him, which was what I wanted to try, and amusingly enough I got stuck mid against Ryze bot. I didn't do too badly against him, but I feel like he's not quite as good as other characters in many respects. His glitchy shove being the number one problem I had with him, followed shortly after by my inability to chain shove and stun due to lag. I know that's probably a problem on my end, so perhaps I'll try him out late on at night/a few days from now to see if that'll help.

Sometime I'm going to do Blitzcrank and Nocturne as well, I suspect I'll like both of them, but I'll probably have to wait til a few days into the patch for them to be up for grabs even in co-op mode.

EDIT: Now I suffer from lag-spikes whenever Vlad or Ashe ults. I blame it on excessive particles, as everything is a solid white whenever Ashe does her business.

Get a Thornmail. A Twitch was stomping us (me, Purplefire, and three randoms), I was playing Shen, I got a Thornmail and basically neutered Twitch's teamfight presence. I did 1766 damage with Thornmail on one occasion.

We were loosing something like 20/6 kills because our malphite dced early game, then our Tryn proved to be an ass kicker and got us back up (I think he was the best player, but we all did good... except cho who didn't play really good until veryyyy late, still he never, NEVER had 6 stacks up). I aced twice :B (ace and then one revives and ace again xD)

Swain is only OP to retards. You see the circle and walk out, there's not much to it. Only one person built Merc Treads...


On a slightly related note, I've become less afraid to pool as Vlad now. Dodging Rammus Powerballs is fun, as was my thought process.

Also what would be better on noc, Dodge/Armor per level/Flat Armor? This is just for seals, Quintaesences/Marks where for Armor Penetration and im thinking of putting Magic Res/CD Reduction on glyphs (Accepting suggestions on glyphs)

His Pool doesn't escape from Mordekaiser's ult or ignite, and you lose 20% (or was it more?) hp to boot.

Another Vlad tip, don't try to pool under Anivia's wall, since it won't work. Dunno if it applies to Trundle's pillar as well, but I'm guessing so.

Anyway, had a terrible game as Morde earlier. We were against a primarily AD team of Warwick, Ezreal, Corki, and Nocturne. Our Tyrn was pretty terrible and fed WW and Noc early on, and I didn't exactly do well against them either. So as we're losing, my team is yelling at me to make Warmog's, so I try to explain why that is a bad idea, inbetween pointing out we should wait out their baron buff . . . for some reason my team decides it's a good time to go into the jungle to try to fight them. Actually, almost every fight we did was in the jungle . . . even after I explained the concept of me - minions = no/low shield regen. It was just a fairly bad game all around. Probably should have picked a different tank, but I didn't even think I was going to be tanking til I asked our Cho'Gath whether he was tanking and he said no . . . and then he proceeded to build all tank items. >_< It was just . . . ugh.

After that, I went and played a game with Kaj. He went Irelia, I went Amumu. Our team did pretty good. Solo Vlad top, Shaco jungling, and Malzahar mid. We let the Irelia and Cait push bot and ganked them with Shaco's help twice, whittling them down at other times so they were forced to back. I only died twice overall, and both times were worth it relatively speaking since our team got a couple of kills from them. It was nice to see them surrender pretty early since the game was pretty well over in our favor after we aced them.
