Automated mail response, same as their ticket responses. They block themselves so tight from those pesky players, they can't even hear when someone wants to help them.

They are extremely cautious of who they let in, if you have any relation to any of their games that really hurts your chances of being hired. You aren't getting paid a lot, though I don't know their work enviroment, but it only takes one person to snap to just print out all the account information or create items and sell them.
