As promised, everyone who played with us during the CBT will be getting a special title which includes a little stat bonus to help you with our next phase of testing. Watch your in-game mailbox during the OBT to collect. But wait, there’s more…


The Hero’s Challenge
March 23 – March 30
You think you’re hardcore? Then let everyone know by earning a custom accessory available only during this CBT. If you can hit level 30 by the time we close the CBT then you’ll find a nice little surprise in your in-game mailbox during the OBT.


Tick-Tock, Surprise!
March 23 – March 30
This one is easy. We’ll show you what free to play really means. Get rewarded just for logging on. The longer you play the more you get. Do we really need to explain this?
Your first 10 Minutes gets you 10 Intermediate Mana Potion
50mins later (that’s just 1 hour, genius) gets you 5 Blessed Weapon Enhancement Stones
1hr more (2hrs total playtime) and get the motherload of 5 El Shards(Mystery)
You can earn these rewards for any and all your characters but every character can only get each reward once (well, that was a mouthful). We’ll send the rewards through the in-game mailbox.

March 27, 7 pm – 8pm PDT (1hr event)
GM Smokes, Crossfire and Nodice are in the house y’all! Come out and meet the bad boys of Elsword NA. Take on the toughest monsters in the sickest dungeons. These guys have got your back. Find them at:
Ruben – White Mist Swamp
Elder – Wally’s Castle
Bethma – Nest of Dragons


…Then Beat ‘em Up
March 27, 8pm – 10pm PDT (2hr event)
The boys are back in town and they’re taking on all challengers. Get in the ring with these level 30s and test your mettle. The GMs were given strict orders not to pull any punches on your weak sauce. Did I mention the whoop ass comes in two different flavors?
8pm-9pm You vs GM (1on1)
9pm-10pm Team GM vs Everyone (3on3)
Winner of each flavor (based on points) will be immortalized in one of our loading screens. Bring it!
Oh, and we saved the best for last. Wait for it…

I thought our characters were going to be wiped after CB was over? These events make it sound like we won't be getting wiped.

NO we're getting wiped, but damn they know how to set up an event post.

Why bother for the "exclusive" accessory for cbt'ers only? If it's just going to be gone in open beta what is the point in that?

OOhhh I misread it I see now. You don't even get the thing until OB. Ok ok all is good with the world now.

So that's why I couldn't get on this morning.

I'm still looking to find which character I enjoy playing the most, but the game itself is pretty fun.

I really wish they had at the very least unlocked the final two/three maps of Besma. >_> Grinding from low 20 to 30 at Dragon Nest is a pain in the ass... Too bad the first job advancement isn't available either, because I could easily plow through each dungeon without ever breaking a sweat. Oh, God, do I love my Lord Knight. <3
