where the hell is my nx...?!

well, i logged on like yesterday and i happened to popped into cash shop cuz i thought i might need to get something, and as i was looking around, i looked down to see how much nx i got left and i saw, with disbelief, 0. i thought to myself, this is bs, nexon is messing up my accts really badly. in the last 3 or 4 scheduled and unscheduled server checks, i lost nx, 80 mil mesos, 2 tobis, 1 lama staff, 1 pan lid, 1 esther shield and the list goes on for about 12 more equipments. i left them messages but as i heard from ppl that nexon dont even bother with it... wat in the hell do i do... nexon has done nothing for any of those loses... the equips i can as least make up with mesos and the 80 mil was a little too much but now my nx???? does anyone else have this dam problem....? or is nexon just out to get me to make me quit like the rest of the ppl that is quitting like mad these days???

I recommend that you check in MTS to see if you purchased an ore or something for the rest of your nx. To me it sounds like your account has security problems.

You can check your transaction log on nexon's website to see if someone bought something from the CS. Just log in, go to cash shop >> transaction log >> nexon cash usage. It'll show you what your NX has been spent on if they bought something in the Cash Shop... dunno if it shows MTS purchases because I don't buy from the MTS.

Also, sometimes lag causes your NX balance to come up 0. If that happens to me, I just exit and reenter the cash shop until the correct total comes up.

I had trouble reading what you said. I lost a pink adventure cape the same way you did, but I delt with it and just merchanted some and moved on.

nope, i cant find it and the nx transaction log confuses, some shows how much i spend in nx and some said how much i spend in cash and they were like 6k something... wth does that mean.... -_-"

If the transaction log have $ in front of anything, they are from MTS, so if you don't know about it, your account probably got hacked. You can also check your NX balance from Nexon's website also.

Happened to me once, when I went to cash shop, both my maplepoints and NX were at 0 although it shouldn't be.

I relogged and find my NX and maplepoints back.

You should probably log a ticket to nexon asking if you have bought anything recently in MTS or CS just to be sure.
