An interesting little discovery regarding experience

So, today I started a Blaze Wizard. Blah blah Ereve, blah blah went to Victoria Island to grind to level 30. Tis when I noticed something silly...

Whenever I gained a level, I started off the next level with an instant 10%. I first noticed it when I went from level 12 to 13, and it's been this way for every level up until now (22).

At first I thought it was an unintended effect of Shinsoo's Blessing, but it's worn off and I've ruled that out. I can think of several factors that could be causing it;

- new character
- Blaze Wizard
- Cygnus Knight
- a combination of 1 & 2 or 1 & 3

All Cygnus characters now have a bonus that when they level up, they gain 10% experience towards the next level. Strangely, this applies even leveling 119 to 120. My guildmate has a 120 TB with 10% experience. :|

Really odd..I never noticed anything like this on my Wind Archer since the patch, but maybe I just failed to notice it.

I wonder if this is intended?

Intended with the Ultimate Adventurer thingy. People have been discussing this for a long time already.

Nothing to hotfix, they announced it would be that way.

Working as intended.

I'm trying to figure out how I missed this in the patch notes, that I read like 5 times..and how I failed to notice the extra 10% exp on my WA.
