Original League of Legends (LoL) Thread
Just finished a game with Soraka where we won (4v5) because our Rammus thought we were going to lose x_x

But then we ended up getting them to surrender o_o
I'll help you with karthus sometime will. Did you end up getting him already?
LoL forum search function is finally working after... 9 months? rofl!

But good to see they finally got an efficient solution to such a huge technical problem of large proportions.

They also have a new system of gay: if you didn't accept the Summoner's Code, your posts will be greyed out. How do you accept the Summoner's Code? Well, that's for you to find out if you're are sincere. It really shouldn't take long if you are indeed a productive member.
I'm at that spot where I want a new champ but don't know who I should get. Xin and Jarvan are fun, and I've fiddled with them in bot games, but I strongly suspect I suck at melee DPS. I might try Teemo tonight
I have done it like 4 times already in the "my account>reputation" category... still greyed out.

edit: Oh and the smurfs of high elo players in low elo are really starting to get to me.
Hm lol just solo'd mid as lux against a fiddles

I e'd
I binded
I lasered
He channels crowstorm with no health
It finishes channeling and i hit him with an auto attack and he died.

i felt smug.

You were laning against a moron.
So who have more victories than loses? Even 1 victory over loses counts.

I have like 20 more vics than loses but those are catching up lately Sad. Game got srs.

Mine almost caught up after a losing streak I had but now I'm getting my wins back, I think I'm at 109 wins 101 loses now.
I have exactly 100 wins 73 loses 6 leaves. Been losing too much lately.
I do, but then again I'm only level 12, so it seems normal to have more wins.
I'm finally catching my wins back up to my losses. Losses took over at around 46W:46L and got as far ahead as 10 or so. I've been hovering between 1-3 wins behind losses since I hit my 100th win.

Today's highlight match:
(Also, lol)
But then a summoner on the other team left and I got the same guys again, but a guy playing Kassadin instead of Yi. And I thought "Ehhh.... maybe we can wrap it up fast". Enemy team was Amumu, Rammus, Malz, Nocturne, and Urgot and I was like shiiiiiit.
 Everything went better than expected

Other fun moments today:
-Stole Baron with a sweet Lux laser. We were losing and still lost, but that's one thing to check off my bucket list.
-Had an obnoxious, yet oddly fun Gragas game. I was 1-10 at one point, and wrapped up 5-14-20. Awful, but fun. That was my first Gragas in a while and I went waaay more AP-hardcore than usual. RoA straight to Deathcap. Also went Barrel first, body slam second. I missed drunk rage a little, but I didn't have huge mana issues. I was a sight to behold right at the end. So damn strong. The enemy team knocked their first inhibitor at about 35min, and we bitterly clung on until the game was over an hour old. We were even down to just the Nexus with no towers and two inhibs down at one point and it still took them 8 minutes to finish the job.

That's a fairly useless statistic because I've been playing with low elo peeps from time to time.

Btw, I'm about 69 wins over losses in normal mode.
Terrible game. I was Cho'gath testing out his nerfs. So at the beginning I was laning with a Jarvan, and I told him to scout out the opponent lanes a little bit to find out if I should build Cloth Armor or that Magic Resistance Armour. He was like "No wtp you noob Cho'Gaths should always build Warmog's first." Then we had a big argument on which was better: defense or hp. He was like...(please also keep in mind he loaded the match quickly).

J: Dude Cho'Gath has the highest natural defense in the game.
Me: Dude he gets one of the highest hps in the game due to Feast. Plus Defense is more cost efficient and damage efficient.
J: STFU I've been playing Cho'Gath almost every game.
Me: Then why the hell didn't you pick ChoGath and instalocked into Jarvan when I said "No one wants to be a tank again, eh?"
J: It's better to build HP. It provides both magic and physical defense.
Me: Not until they rape you with Madred's Bloodrazor.

So we bickered, but things eventually simmered down (he did yell at me when I finally blind guessed and chose cloth armor, though) when we did a sweet first blood combo on the opponent. However, during mid game he utterly fails at killing the opponent/protecting his ally not 1, not 2, but 3 grand times. He blames all of it on lag. Fed up, I said

Me: Dude your character isn't frigging moving weirdly. Also you loaded this match the fastest out of everyone. You're not lagging. Just pick it up and we can win.

J: S

Me: What, lag causes your pinky finger to go into spasms?

We eventually surrendered at 25:00 ish.
I think the sad thing is most players never consider bloodrazor or deathfire grasp unless it's in their Teemo or WW build. Makes pub stomping easy when no one itemizes decently.
Im 5-10 wins above .500, dont really care too much, but was kinda sad when i did drop below for a bit a month or two ago. Dunno if anyone knows who phaxen is(old high level hero from scania(edit: hmm rankins say he is from windia, but i dunno how i would know his name if he wasnt in scania at one point)) but he apparently is a high(2kish) rated LoL player, see him on hotshot's stream often. He just went 18-1 as sion, was pretty lulz seeing him take out 80% of the enemy with one stun.

I really want to work on my trundle, including getting some better runes for him. Saint Vicious(sp?) whatever his name is has been talking about different set ups for him and i always had a blast when i was playing him, might as well try to min/max his build.

I usually build Bloodrazon if im on a DPS crazy char like Yi or Noc and if the enemy team has way too many tankers.

Also some suggestion on a Jungler Noc? i usually start with cloth + 5pots then go for my normal build, but i have been thinking that maybe i should build the Razors/Latern before my item build is it a good idea? Also at what level should i stop jungling?

I dont think there is a set level to stop, but in general lvl 6-8 is the time when you will be grabbing blue/red(unless there is someone better suited, then help them get it) and going to gank. If you push someone out of lane, take the turret. You can keep your farm up by covering for the solo's and no longer need to rely on mini camps which you will clear much faster than they spawn.

edit: oh yeah, you might consider wit's end instead of bloodrazor. Its wayyyyyyyy cheaper, now does damage to all champs regardless if they have mana or not, and does more damage to champs with less than 1400 max health(this might be a bit off but its close to this number). You can still sell wit's end later and upgrade to bloodrazor. Great way to boost your early/mid game dps and defense since you will have more gold to buy armor/magic resist/health items.
You never leave jungle during laning phase, when laning phase is over you just keep farming in jungle and at lanes.
With that said, if you're a jungler and you don't gank, you're doing it wrong.

what o.o

I really dont think you can just make broad statements like this and expect to help people.
