Black and White recent happenings thread!

In my quest to capture at least one of every Pokemon I come across in the wild, I am truly amazed at how high the catch rate is on most of these Pokemon.
Pokeballs are doing the job just fine and I'm on Route 6.

Hell, now that I remember, I even caught Zoroark in a Premier Ball :I

This. Every non legendary pokemon I've caught has been caught with no more then 3 balls, a majority of them caught with full HP and a special ball (dusk, quick, etc..).

- Caught Virizion (so far I've yet to have to cause a stutus infliction on them to catch them, going 3 for 3 with that)
- Got 8th badge
- Had the "cutscene" for Thunderus but I can't find the thing in route 7 (Is it even there? It's still raining there by the way so i think it is...)
- Max level team is 50, another is 47 minmum is 45.
- Just starting victory road

And for the legendary I think wherever its raining/ and it suddenly rains harder than it already is then run around in the grass in it shows up.

Keldeo is an Event Pokemon. Japan doesn't have it yet, either.

Event. Tornadus/Thundurus causes the whole route to be all stormy.

They should really change the GTS so you can't ask for certain Pokémon when trying to trade something low leveled/very common. I wanted to get a Ghotita, but instead of people asking for a Solosis is see people asking for Lv.100 Reshiram. Or can't they at least filter out the trade offers for Pokémon that you don't have / let you filter the offers yourself. I'm going to try GTS negotiations once I have some more stuff that I want to trade, hopefully it isn't as sucky as the regular GTS.

Uh, does anyone have a Shelmet? I wanted to evolve my Karrablast.

Decided to run around and catch a bunch of stuff. I still don't completely understand how White forest works, so I'mma be reading about that while looking for a bagon in there. Also, panpour and pansage are annoying to find. 30 minutes of searching and nothing.

Got my ditto and have been breeding up a storm.

Caught a Cobalion and I'm going to catch Virizion next. For my competitive sandstorm team I'm going to have Hippowdon, Tyranitar, Excadrill, and Carracosta. I'm not sure which to use in my last 2 slots. Either Seismitoad, Scizor, Lucario, Mamoswine, Rhyperior, or Krookodile. Anyone have any recommendations?

I have only three things left to do -

Catch Landorus
Beat E4 Revisit
Beat Strongest Trainers (Cynthia, Director).

Anyone have a Thundorus (White Version) I can borrow?

I'll have it soon, I think, since I'm in victory road, so I'm almost done the game.
Just caught Terrakion with one Dusk Ball, with practically no health, and sleep condition.
I did lob a quick ball at him twice (daisy died, and I didn't want to use revives, so I soft reset and used one at the beginning) but when I actually tried lowering his health, and threw it, I got luckeh~ :3

Power grinding on the E4. Trying to get all my Pokes to at least lv65. Also evolved my Sandile to Krookodile and I'm going to rotate. EV training it payed off. It can easily take down Pokemon 10-15 levels above it.

I got to Alder unintentionally once while I was grinding, but I only had two Pokemon and no more potions. I could only defeat two of his Pokemon.

The Rocky Helmet item is pretty cool. I'm going to love playing around with this on my stall teams.

Get Lucario and/or Reuniclus (it's immune to weather damage either way, but be sure to get Magic Guard). All the Pokémon on your sandstorm team seem to be mainly physical, so a special user or 2 could be very usefull (and Reuniclus can deal with the Fighting types that can easily sweep half your team).

I'm going to train a Zoroark myself, but on the other hand I have a lot of Pokémon that use Dark/Fire already. I might just start making a full team instead of individual Pokémon this time around, but I don't really have an idea which Pokémon I want (other than Zoroark). I'm going to use it for random online too (which is 3v3 with team preview), so that's going to be even harder to figure out. Any suggestions?
