I recall seeing crafted rings with 1 slot in the KMS extractions. Whether or not they're potential-able, I don't know, but seeing as how wedding rings can be potentialed, I wouldn't be surprised.

Evolving Ring II
Return of the ring! From March 9th to April 3rd, Maplers can login everyday to raise an Evolving Ring II to level 17. This ring is different than the first Evolving Ring and you can wear both at the same time!

They are potentialable. And Dark Angelic rings are crafted o_o

They're level 30 though. 1st job potential hardly beats these, and evolving rings are much cheaper. Dropping cubes into it would hardly pay off.

Some copy paste, I'm too lazy to take out the non-3rd tiers.

But those were from KMST i thought. There are people in the professional skills guide thread who i think play KMS who claim the rings do not have slots.
The module is KMST. I'm unsure of whether or not they're in KMS itself, but seeing as they're tested, I wouldn't find it surprising to see them sooner or later. Still, the idea shouldn't be thrown out the window for potentialable 3rd tier rings.
Sooner or later? We've seen just this patch that Nexon changes stuff between tespia and official server so it's easily possible they removed the slots before introducing to KMS.
And of course the idea shouldn't be thrown out but clearly Nexon has some kind of fear about releasing such rings. With potential, a unique perfect item is really really hard to replace. I think Nexon's philosophy is that Rings are the only slots still open to the subjugation of prizes from events that are (apparently) more valuable to them?
So, should I sell that? Plus sell a Level 17 II Ring I make.. to purchase a Level I ring? So I can wear both >_>
Naw don't. Both rings are said to stack, so it means you can wear your level 13 ring WITH your level 17 II ring. If anything the 1st evolving rings will stay at their current value, and can only go up from there.

Now I still can't be on par with people cause now the "pro" has 2 rings = 10att and my 14lvl ring gives only 1att >-<'
By this logic you need to have at least 150% main stat, a perfect weapon and be washed up the halleluljah, lest you character is a big epic bag of suck.
Of course it is annoying to miss out on important events, but all of them gave players equal shots at finishing. Sure the first evo ring event was made tricky because of server checks, but they are tradable, and nothing stops you from buying one except your own unwillingness. I do not mean to be an ass toward you specifically, but I disslike the common missconception that everything should be handed out on a silver platter.
Fairness =/= getting everything one wants.

A level 13 ring 1's value would increase marginally compared to that of a level 17 ring 1. If anything, he SHOULD sell the level 13 ring 1 ASAP and buy the level 17 ring 1 before the price differential becomes so great that he loses out.
