Done with the main story. Moving on to catching all the stationary pokemon, which is tough, since a few of them are 70+, and everyone I have is 53 and under x-x Got moth 1st try though, and 3rd-ish ultra ball. Now to figure out how the musketeer guys are unlocked, because they all have pebbles blocking their entrance, and its pissing me off >_>. Plus, not being able to catch Landorus w/o having his brothers is a big hassle to me.

Just started playing White a litte while ago. I picked the fire pokemon. The last time I actually played Pokemon was when I picked Charmander. o_O
In Nacrene City now after getting the Trio badge but I think I messed up on my Pignite. I haven't lost a battle yet and it's freaking me out.

I beat the 8th gym last night and I'm on my way to the league. That gym was actually pretty tough. Haxorus almost owned my s'hit because it got to set up 2 Dragon Dances.

I have the Black version. Just caught a Victini and am headed toward the gym to face Burgh.

So i just did that first triple battle you can do against the biker and his 3 pokes nearly swept my entire team.

Also not fun when the only pokemon he has left is on the left and your 2 left are middle and right, and pressing shift just makes them interchange with eachother for middle.

Catching the Musketeer Dogs. Virizion is all thats left, and I would've captured it by now, if it didn't have Giga Drain Dx Gonna shoot for Kyurem next, provided he doesn't sweep my team, then attempt to lock Thundurus in battle later.

Running around in the post game now, gathering items, and fighting random trainers. My whole team is Lv.56 now(stuff in the post game gives so much exp). I also decided to transfer over all my Lv.100s but I'm not going to use them just yet. Route 13 is pretty big (with lots of items), and no healing NPC. Going to catch the legendaries later this week (I still have to get some legendaries from SoulSilver too).

The most realistic that is. You can't really say it's the biggest with Frillish/Jellicent sitting right over there, now can you?

The underwater ruins are really annoying. The stuff that's in there also is freaking impossible to understand. There's probably way to translate it in the guidebook just like with the braille in gen3, but it's annoying to just be playing the game and not knowing what the hell "fish-spike-thingy-other thingy" means.

Also, I think that in the post game, it's actually better to train on wild Pokémon from 50 to 60, and then go fight trainers because the trainers will still give more experience past Lv.60, but the experience gain from the wild encounters will drop. That way you'll be at least Lv.65 once you've beaten all the regular trainers in the post game, instead of ~60.

Wanted to ask this for awhile but i kept forgetting.

Is there any post game content after beating the elite four?

I know you can transfer from older gens after beating them..but is that all?

Is this game like ruby and sapphire where theres almost nothing to do but explore whats left or is it like emerald where you can go to a new place such as battle frontier? I know Online battles will be out soon, but most people are gonna beat my ass most likely because i don't bother to EV train my pokemon.

My team is now complete.

Heading to 4th GYM now.

Team so far:
Pignite lvl 29
Pansage lvl 23
Drillbur lvl 22

I've always only used 3 main pokemon and 3 to sacrifice to revive/heal my mains in the Elite 4.

Giant Blue/Pink jellyfish things (Water/Ghost type). Go back to Route 1 after you get Surf and you'll know what I'm talking about.

Theres 3 more towns (one being Black City/White Forest), a bunch of routes, a few side areas, some daily battles and a bunch of other stuff in the post game. There aren't as many training options as Platinum and HeartGold / SoulSilver had, but it's a lot of fun and quite challenging as well, with wild Pokémon going as high as Lv.60 on the later routes and even Lv.70 at some points (also: Lv.59 Metapods. FEAR THEM!). There's also the Battle Subway and the Elite Four rematch, Cynthia and Morimoto battles (all with pokemon in the 70s). Tons of stuff to do.

Holy pomegranate, I didn't know they counted sleep time in this game. Clocked in 45 hours, apparently.

But anyway, caught an Axew and slapped an exp. share on it, evolved my 4 main pogeys to their final form, and I just stepped foot into the 7th gym.
