Audino appears in shaking grass squares. The square I saw shaking was 3 squares deep in a grass patch, meaning I had to walk through two other squares to get to it. I got in a battle the square before Audino.

I feel your pain Sarah, I have been trying to find an Audino for 20 minutes allready. Stupid route 1....

Holy s'hit, just found a Drillbur in the cave. The ground was shaking and I walked on it, and bam. Might as well catch it, since it's rare.

EDIT: The pineapple? This thing is harder to catch than I thought. Red health and Pokeball didn't even wiggle once.

Hay Sarah, how does the rare battle work? Do you have to walk around inside the grass, or anywhere? Then I would need some repels for when I try to get the grass monkey.

That pink neo-Chansey can be found preety much wherever there is shaking grass. Route 1 has it on a 100% chance on shaking grass and it's quite good for the early game.

Yup. It can be found on pretty much every route that has grass.

Does anyone know if shaking grass can appear even if you are standing still? This is getting annoying.

I found that they appeared a lot in the Dreamyard in the Japanese version

So, I guess this is one of the reasons it's called Neo Chansey? lol

To quote the guide...
"Audino found in rustling grass is a very good choice to help raise your Pokemon's level, because Audino gives much more Experience Points than many other Pokemon."

I've heard of these giving upwards of 1,500 EXP early in the game.
