Personally, I'm of the opinion that Karthus is made up of one giant middle finger. Even if you kill him with silence, he'll ult you like the wanker he is.

Well I've been trying out some new champs. Played a game as Amumu, Malphite, Rammus, Singed, and Tristana. Lost in all of them except the Singed one. Which considering it was my first or second time really playing most of those champions, I think I did okay. From the gist of it you can probably guess I'm trying to expand the number of tanks I can play. The Tristana one being because there was literally no dps at all on our team, and I wanted to try her out. Anyway, I had the bad luck of running into an almost all AP team on Rammus, which meant almost no armor since I needed so much mr just to survive long enough to initiate, which ended up just being a really bad game for everyone all around. Amumu one I did okay with, but we never had good team fights. It was always skirmishes, and my team didn't always follow through once I'd commited/started it off. I think I'll keep trying them out and hope that after I've played them as much as Cho'Gath I'll be reasonably good with them. I think I'll probably focus on Malphite and Amumu first though. Singed is fun, but requires coordination that tends to be lacking unless you premake.

I see the rage on Karthus. I blocked Cait's shot for someone about to die, so I was left with low hp (naturally my ally had low hp otherwise Cait wouldn't have shot.) Then Karthus killed us both from the other side of the map.

My god, going against a team of FIVE tanks is extreme sadface timez.

Also Riot servers seem to be on the crappy side today. Same thing as last week, kept staggering between 100-200+ ping and never dipped below 100 as usual. I actually tipped 400+ out of nowhere for about 10sec, but it dropped pretty fast.

Well recently played a few more ranked games... One game we had 2 players using characters for the first time ever... Loss of course.. Dropped me back down to 13xx ELO -_-... Then I had a REALLLLLLLLLLLY close match where Me(Irelia), Mundo, and Yi bd'd inhib and nexus, dropped their nexus to 200 hp but singed used fling on our mundo who just needed to hit it 1-2 more times to win and mundo landed in their fountain... ANYWHERE ELSE AND WE WOULD HAVE WON BUT THE FOUNTAIN!!!!!!! So yah that dropped me to Lower 13xx But i managed to work my way back up to high 14xx ELO again so i'm happy :]

<3 Gangplank. Is ultimate is cheap as hell and i haven't even build for Magic damage >.> XD. 2 games build has tank and 1 as a funny mixture of Physical Damage, CD reduction and attack speed XD all of them winned cuz of me <3

So many fun champions this weeeeek!
I played 2 games as singed and he's a LOT of fun, one victory and a defeat cause my team sucked.
Then Swain, HOW COME NO ONE HAD TOLD ME ABOUT HIM BEING SO FUN!? It's insanely fun, and a GREAT caster, he just owns early, mid and late game. Once again, 2 games, I owned in both (9/5/14 and 10/4/9) but only won the second one, again, team issues.
Other than that, I will play some morgana since I played her when she was free a few weeks ago and she was fun, also I might try alistar but there's something about him I don't like... Kennen seems like a great champ if played well, but I'm not sure if I can play him, doesn't look like my style so far, last champ I'd like is Jax, but once again, doesn't seem much like the kind of champs I play.

Wards are the alternative. Then you can go farm jungle stuff if you want to. As long as you're 90% sure that you won't get instagibbed by the other team, and that they don't have a crazy amount of leaps, flashes, what have you.
