100%'ed overall
Clean earrings
3 Dex YSS
11 Atk Gloves ( Borrowed, but won't be much of a problem )
2/4 Dex PAC
90 Atk Asianic

Uh, since this is my secondary character I'll spend up to like 50-70mil. Maybe more if I make some mesos.

Should I just save up for a lv80 or lv90 bow?

Let's see.. 90 atk Asianic. I want to say go for at least a 100+ atk arund. I think you'll be able to afford that; it depends on your server. However, if you level fast, and really want a better bow, save up for a Metus.

I pretty much agree with Celsious. I guess you could throw a few mil at 6 DEX earrings, perhaps scroll those YSS for DEX or 60% some bowman shoes. Other than that definitely concentrate on the bow.

I'm not showing it to flaunt it, I honestly want opinions on where to go next. Maaaybe I could pick up a few stats on my cape, but that could be too expensive for so little gain. I could try getting a better overall by collecting and mass-scrolling them, though that would take a fairly long time to do. I could try and scroll a better helm since mine is scrolled slightly below average. Or I could just throw some chaos scrolls on capes/shoes and pray. What do you guys think? Expert market opinions appreciated.

You're upgrades are fairly maxed out. This is the advice I'd give everyone, not just godly people.

Since I don't know godly prices too well, what you should do is evaluate what the next step in each of your equips would be.

Then, assess both the market price, and the price to self-scroll (use averages via a calculator). See which will give the most benefit for cheapest, and set your mind on that.

I'd pick your PAC as the one to upgrade. Everything else looks perfectly fine.

depending on your budget, if low budget- upgrade cape with more dex. higher budget- bomb chaos scrolls on cape or face stompers.id upgrade the cape since its more crappily scrolled and youd payless replacing it with a 5atk+ cape.

P.S, I've been looking for scrolled Pris for sale and hardly find any (and those are either way off my budget, like 30 stats, or absurd prices, like ~50k nx on MTS).

Mesos to spend: 35ish mil, I've been considering selling my 16 atk shield for a 14 + some mesos for more funding

Right now, I'm thinking of a 6+ str 3 atk Pac, and like 4 str blue elf shoes at level 70, and hoping for a 15+ str zhelm, and thinking of a 49 str cap (currently 38 str cap for when I used a heckler) for a raven, and ive figured I would need like a 105 raven to do more damage, but I'm thinking I'd need more to compensate for the speed loss going from Fast to Normal

Well, it really depends on what you could find and afford, I used a 67 ATT Maple Crossbow and then I upgraded to a 79 ATT Rower. When you get to level 43 and if you have the funds to scroll a Maple Crossbow then that is what I suggest you do. Other wise you could just wait and save funds to make a good Rower (70%'s are so cheap ^_^).

As for equips, get a Spiegelmann Necklace and save for a Zakum Helm.
