I cannot join because I am in a guild I like very much. However, I'd like to see how this turns out. Good luck guys.

I ran a 100 man guild for several months, and was a Jr. for another several. I'd suggest making a spreadsheet list of all members, and keep it updated regularly. If one of your Jrs. goes berserk and expels everyone, or if the guild hacker comes back and destroys the guild, recreating your guild will be very easy with such a list, and very hard without it.

Good luck with the guild guys. I actually just ran into a few of you in game. I'd also join but I love my guild. Feel free to add me to your BL though.
