Original League of Legends (LoL) Thread

Well I continue to go around 50/50 win/lose ratio. Getting close to 100 wins/100 losses. XP I can say I'm a better player most of the time than when I started out. Though there's still games like my last game where I just seem to play terrible. Part of it was poor teamwork on our side, part of it was excellent teamwork on their side, but a number of times it was poor decisions on my part. That said, I'm a lot more wary of Ezreal/Yi with ignite and exhaust going against me in a lane with Irelia. >_< They really can gank people quite easily if they do it right, including under the tower.

Right up to 173/179 now, I think. Good stuff as Shen today, one game my taunts went right through the enemy Jax without doing anything every single time.

His taunts weren't activating for me about half the time during my bot match as him.

Ok so i logged on today to play and while loading (after champ select) a few panels including mine were blue and next tot he character name it said "Unlocalized". After I finished loading, the game crashed. Does anyone know what this means? Or better yet how to go about fixing this issue?

I think I play a lot worse on weekends and my teams are a lot worse on weekends. Then again, it's hard for Shen not to go on a pomegranate-wrecking rampage when your team is Mal, Trundle, Corki, Jarvan, and Tryn.

Most of my teams are pretty terrible on Fridays. I either get baddies or trololols. Or in the case of 2 games ago, 2 baddies trying to trololol and being terrible at it after getting called out for feeding the opposing team [1/13/1 and 1/12/1].

We were down by quite a bit, and we thought we were gonna lose. To make it short: We still won.

Turning point: We all saw the enemy hiding near the entrance to our jungle (near where blue buff is) and I decided to give it a shot at nuking whoever was sticking their necks out too far. Then we enveloped whoever were not fortunate enough to get out of the onslaught. Then we proceeded to Baron, take their middle inhibitor, and that was it for them. They were on defense for the rest of the game.

Though...I wasn't too happy about getting focused on a bit too much in that game, despite the fact I'm the tank, lol.

The abuse you can get in matches is quite astounding if im honest.

I know to ignore it because i play to have fun and not be uber serious, but my friend is losing the will to keep playing because the abuse gets to him. It generally seems to be 1 person on our team finds the need to like, dive in a 5v3 when the other 2 of us know not to, and then lose his rag on us all because we didnt help. Maybe these people think we should all share the same mindset idk.

The weirdest thing was 2 days ago when a Warwick on our team flipped out because me and my friend went and got a top tower whilst the rest of our team held everyone mid. I personally thought it was a good thing we got the tower but he made it seem like we lost because of it :f6:

On the other hand, I've won like, six or seven straight with Shen over the past two days. o_o

I'm kinda confused as to why Riot let a champion have a zone wide ultimate, Karthus, in the first place. I just got out of a game where the Karthus on my team kept picking off 1-2 people per ult and during one part, where we were down 3v5, he got a triple kill with the last 2 being brought down to "easy pickings" status, which instantly turned the fight back into our favor.

Granted I've been on the receiving end a couple times as well and it's not too pleasant if you don't have any way to mitigate the damage at all.

Yeah, Karthus is pretty boss, my friend plays him as some kind of suicide bomb with Lay Waste, dying, then using Reqiuem.
