Really GameSpot? a 7.5?

HeartGold.. a REPEATED but REVAMPED Pokemon game got an 8.0..
This game should've gotten atleast an 8.5..

But I wanted to ask you guys.. should I keep Dewott? or evolve him to Samurott?
I think Dewott is the coolest Pokemon everr, seriously.. him and Scizor are my two faves now..

If it's any consolation, IGN gave it a 9...

Is the evolution into Samurott from Dewott a major increase in stats? Or will Dewott perform similiar to Samurott?
I never kept a Pokemon from evolving.. but Samurott, according to IGN and I agree:
"who looks like...narwhal...drunk bear. ...conveys the image of...melted ice cream sandwiches...cigarette butts."

Necessary for what? Fly is just a short cut for traveling faster. It's not technically needed. The only HM you truly need to play through the storyline is Cut, and only once.

It doesn't even matter much anyway. Pick up a Pidove, teach it fly, box it when you're done, etc etc

Every Pokemon game I wind up teaching my party Flying Pokemon, Fly. So I guess I'll be doing the same, in this game.

I really don't want a flying type, the first one looks gay. Only way I WILL use it is if I get the girl one, without that pink pomegranate on it's face, then I switch to wargle.

I'm using Archeops.

Sigilyph is also an exceptionally good flyer and special attacker if you don't mind its aesthetics.

Not having fly isn't as bad as in previous games though, because there are only a few routes (Driftveil to Icurrus) that don't have an easy way trough. It's possible to go from Striaton to Opelucid on the bike in no time at all while only having to go trough a few patches of grass.

Ugh, I've spent so much time in the rain right now. Autumn is hell for Fire types.

Wait, what? Isn't the only place you can use the Battle Subway for that one little town in the north west that isn't really good for anything?

No, I mean that's the only alternative transport you can use besides fly. From ninbasa to anville and back.

Sat in a patch of grass in route 5, trying to capture a Minccino that is Male and has Technician and not Cute Charm.
