Equip Upgrade help!

Well my marauder is 99 atm, and I want to upgrade his equips. He has some 3% STR equips, 7 att wg, zhelm, and some dex equips/rings.

Im facing a lot of DEX requirement problems because I am low dex (got 41 dex), so I was thinking about clearing up those problems so that I wouldnt have to worry about anything while upgrading to a higher % gear.

I was thinking about buying an HTP, and then a Czhelm, as they both provide a smexy 20+ DEX. However the problem is that I cannot decide whether to get these equips with 2 lines or 3 lines. I will not be cubing these equips until I get better % equips (earring, cape, etc.). My question is what order should I buy these equips/upgrade my older equips in, and should I buy 2 or 3 lined? Im not very funded (bought 200-300m I guess), but dont let that stop you from suggesting what is best.

If you do not plan to cube them to hell, 3 lines is just a waste.

obviously the best would be to get 3 lined of everything, but with only those funds, you're not going to come anywhere close to that. You're better off getting a 2-3 lined dex scarlion helm and a MoN with the amount of money you have.

well, he is looking for dex, and in scania a 2lined htp is around 180~240 mil, so he can get that and a scar. easy 40 dex right there
