if people of GMS don't want to fix the bodyboost glitch, i saw a screenshot fo tespia and bodyboost still glitched..... im so dissapointed at nexon america, they can fix a mesos bug, glitch, exploits, but can't fix a simple bug of a important class? so why battle mage exist in the game?
hosnestly BaM's are so great to play but got a bugged skill.....

Something I'd like to know is not why Body Boost is glitched, but why it ever had a prerequisite in the first place. I mean seriously, everyone ends up getting all of their auras to level 10 regardless of their build before body boost becomes available. It's just a useless piece of code that only serves to waste memory (not much, but it's still a waste).

It never had the pre-req. The pre-req was added in the Mech patch, which is what made it glitched.
Also, there are people who leave Blue Aura unmax (even below lv10), as it has next to no use.

My point was that Tespia is never copypasta'd to the live server. Crap gets changed, crap doesn't get changed, etc.

Pre-requisites are kind of silly in a game where your skill set is very limited and you're given almost enough SP to max everything anyway. Off topic though.
Thread seems more ideal for the Angry Dome. All we can really do as players is have the Tespia testers spam Nexon with reports about it, and have non-Tespia players log tickets.

Huh, I had thought the prerequisite was there from the start. Also, I thought that all the skills but one ended up maxed in second job, with the last one being level 13. :f6:

The pre-req WAS there from the start...you need lvl 10 in each of the auras (dark, yellow, blue)...the problem is they did something during the mech patch where they made it so you needed lvl 10 body boost to put points into body boost...so if you didn't have 10 SP into it previously you cannot get a higher level of the skill.
If you have points into the skill though you can still use it...but honestly I don't think body boost is a character changing skill. Sure it helps but if you need that skill to up your damage you should probably reconsider playing your battlemage lol.

The fact that there is even a glitched skill is what concerns people, sure it might not change much but this is something nexon is supposed to be watching out for, it reflects badly on their programmers to skip over something that noticable, how long has resistance been out and it's been a problem since?

It's only been a problem since mech..I'm going to say what someone else said. If you can't play a bam without one little skill then just stop playing one >.> Just save sp points for it and move on.

Tell this to the archers who waited years to have their 3rd job stuff fixed. Oh wait, I forgot if they broke it again or not. Seriously, do our skills still DC us? Haven't played my main for a little while.

Reminds me of the Battleship Cannon glitch. Good time, good times. If that's any indication, you'll have to wait at least 1 more patch for it to get fixed.

I still don't get why they haven't fixed it. It's as weird as how the error ocurred in first place. Seriously, how the hell would they change the requirements to THE SAME requirement, and making it need the skill itself? ...
And it has been like that since the patch after Resistance. It has such an easy solution...
