News Wrote:An office worker has been found guilty of twice ejaculating into a female colleagues bottle of water which she later DRANK.
Michael Kevin Lallana, 32, was convicted of two counts of misdemeanour battery and faces up to a year in prison for the filthy crime.
The first offence took place in January 2010 at the offices of the Northwestern Mutual Mortgage Company in Newport Beach, California.
Lallana entered the victims office and masturbated into a bottle on her desk, which she later drank unaware that it had been contaminated.
The woman, in her 20s, told police she felt sickened and irritated and threw the water away.
Lallana, who suffers from a narcissistic personality disorder and has the maturity of a 16-year-old, then repeated the offence in April at the companys Orange branch, which they had both recently been transferred to.
But this time the woman, known only as Tiffany T, sent the bottle off to a private lab to be tested after drinking it.
The results showed the water had been contaminated with semen with Lallana later arrested after his DNA matched that found in the bottle
Married Lallana told police he ejaculated into the womans bottle because her lips had touched it.
He later added: I saw her water bottle and I did it. For me, its a release. I think about my wife.
Lallanas lawyer is now considering an appeal.
They say he committed an outrageous, egregious act but to be convicted of battery you have to have an application of force.
Lallana can remain on bail until his sentencing on April 22.
