It's not a hack, but it's a glitch abuse. i.e., using something in the game which obviously isn't meant to work that way, for your benefit. The same as poisoning BigFoot, way back when.

You can find the one you're looking for with a reverse image search as well. tineye.com is a pretty good reverse image searcher.
