I'm too disappoint that The Social Network didn't win to discuss anything.

I am just glad The Social Network did not win.

Freakin' A. I hated all the hype for it.

I've never seen The King's Speech. I am really interested in seeing it now.

But it won best soundtrack. Trent Reznor is a genius.

I didn't really want the King's Speech to win, but I'm glad Social Network didn't. So happy for Natalie, tho. Smile

Incidentally, I was taken out to see The King's Speech on Saturday night. It was good. Definite Oscar bait, and not my personal favorite movie of the year but it was an undeniably well-constructed film. Great actors, Helena Bonham Carter being great, often brutally sharp dialogue. Good drama. No complaints.

It's always the same kind of lame movies that win big. What Academy likes =/= best movie of the year. Let people vote or something...

Substance > Flash

Inception though good was more famous due to it's confusing plot (and TBH I think it was WAY overhyped, just because a plot is hard to follow doesn't make it cool or excellent).
