That is my plan. Decided to start off with a 70% potential since it's what I had the most readily available, and this happened. Thought it was lol worthy.

This thing is turning into a pineappleing nightmare. It's had 15% Luk and is currently at 15% Dex...
Already used about 40 cubes on it and not once has it given me 9% Int + 3% All Stat or 6% Int

Most people do it with only clean capes. Easier resellability. Even if you scroll it well people would be less inclined to buy a cape that adds a stat they don't use.

He's not cubing it just to sell it. He wants INT but he most likely intends to sell his cape if it inadvertently turns into 18%+ DEX/STR/LUK. As other people have stated, people are less inclined to buy a godly cape, say 21% DEX, if it has INT stats on it. It's rather stupid to scroll for one stat if he's not going to stay with the current potential.
