My Ban appeals

I was recently perm banned for "Harassment"

My response

"I'm sorry for this issue. Please be informed that your appeal to have your account released has been denied for promoting explicit sexual content. Your account will not be released from its block.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."

As you can see that website she said doesn't even work.

I then tell her I have spent hundreds of dollars on NX and I would like to see some proof or this could be a mistake and it shouldn't be perm just temporary and she replies with this.

"This ticket is being closed as a duplicate. You have been asked before not to submit additional tickets regarding this matter. The information you requested has already been given to you and further appeals will not be honored.

Any further tickets on this subject will be closed without being answered and action may be taken on all your accounts up to and including the removal of the ability to access the ticketing system.

Like wtp has any 1 else been perm banned for "Sexual content" very frustrating.....

I know exactly what I did, I told some kid I banged his mother or something along those words. I was just thinking though some guy spammed multiple smegas around 50 or so.. talking about how he hates (The N Word) and how he wishes they were all hung and he only got temporary banned and now he's back. fucking ridiculous....

But that sucks. I don't know what else to tell you considering they just told you to feck off on the support portal...

I didn't know you can get people banned if they insult you or your family. Nice.

If you insult a GM behind their back, you get banned permanently. However, if you insult them to their face you only get a 3 day ban. LOL

I don't even think Nexon has the slightest clue on their own policy for banning. They just do what the feel like, there is no use for a policy.

Dude... what the hell should I do, I stopped the ticket cause I don't want to be banned from the ticket system or have the account I'm playing now blocked. Should I post on the forums or just write a ticket? This is good news, and btw this happened in January 2010... I just quit for a while and yeah..

You will not move them. Ever.

They are pretty incapable of being reasoned with and all you're going to do is hurt yourself more.
Your best bet is to stop what you're doing, take a break and play something else.

Material like this is not suitable for MapleStory Discussion, it will only bring flaming and trolls and drama.
