I like black city, but other then that, nothing in white really appeals to me.

Yeah.. Black City's k, but White Forest outclasses it except being able to buy evolution stones.

In the Netherlands it was a one day only event in only 1 kind of shop (of which there are like 10 which are poorly spread). I got 3 Gamestop Celebi from some GTS exploit event that GCPM11 hosted, and it worked on my SoulSilver.
