Quote:I place $20 in a box.

So do you.

Now the box contains $40, and we both know it.

I sell the box to you for $30.

And we both walk away with a $10 profit.

Repeat for INFINITE MONEY!!

Problem??

Person A: $100.
Person B: $100.
Both put $20.
Person A and B: $80.
Person A sells box for $30.
He has $110.
Person B loses $30 ($50), but gains $40 leaves him with $90.
You're losing money.

I always thought it was: Start with a penny, and say to someone, "a penny for your thoughts?" In which they will give you their two cents, and you will be a cent richer than before, then repeat until rich. Problem, millionaires?

That second line is tricky Tongue It doesn't specifically say $20 so maybe people will overlook that line?

You're losing money.

Person A has $100.
Person B has $100.
Both put $20 in the box, which A holds.
Technically, A gains $20 from this [A: $120, B: $80].
A sells the box to B for $30 [A: $150, B: $50].
B retrieves $40 from the box [A: $110, B: $90].

Infection is right.

Do what Kaiba did on YuGiOh. Buy 51% of a company and threaten to shut them down if they don't pay you
