If you think that's funny, then go through the Dragon Forest and watch your world map. You'll find that even though you're walking toward the east, the map tells you that you're actually going west.

That could be contributed to 'camera angle' though.
There's a shop in Kerning that's an example of that.

Hard to explain going up when it looks like you should be going down though.

Huh, that's a pretty good point, I never really thought of the view angle. I think I'm too OCD, if I owned Nexon I would demand that they rework the world maps and map orientations to correspond with the directions North, South, East, and West both when walking through them and when looking at them on the map.
