Gettin better at basic zoning, but takin a while to get used to some of Zero's quirks, like his air dashes+lightning.

Good games. Right now a big weakness of mine dealing with pure rushdown teams (which you loke using). Mostly because I have a hard time dealing with them with Hsein-ko, if you'vew noticed Haggar and Tron usually put up more of a fight against most of the rushdown characters. I've been focusing on that team mostly, so sorry that I didn't switch much. I want to really focus on one main team before trying to learn the quirks of other characters. I couldn't get an opening at all with Dark Phoenix. I needed someone with full screen specials, but 2 of my members are close range (well, Tron is pretty good at closing in, and does have a few nice long ranged normals), so I could never beat Dark Phoenix unless I had X-factor Hsein-ko out to teleport past all the fire you put on the map and try to find an opening to combo into. And that fire sphere she throws out as an assist comes out a lot faster than I thought it would. You have a really nice mixup of fast and slow projectile assists. i was under too much pressure to even consistently do shoryuken motions, so couldn't even get my gong out when I needed to to reflect most of them.

You kept the pressure so tight on me that I couldn't even remember most of the combos I've been practicing. Was a shame because I was only able to pull off a few, and they weren't even the impressive ones. I only managed to do Trons relaunch with the help of Haggar assist once, the rest of the times I couldn't time Haggar's assist right to smash you back down when I popped you off the floor.

Good games, really. I tried putting others into my team to help, but I've been focusing so much on those three that I didn't feel the others would have a chance. I forgot almost everything with Spiderman's rushdown, but I think I'm going to have to try adapting him into one of my reserve teams to combat rushdown teams, because as of right now I have too much of a hard time dealing with them using my current characters.

as for your weaknesses, I'd say the fact that you don't mix up too much. I'm not good enough to punish mistakes I see right a way, so it took me a while, but in corners you like doing an air attack while sending an assist. While that does create pressure, you make it predictable. I'm not fast enough at thinking to call it out until after the adrenalin from the match dies down, but when I think about it, it's something I could have punished you for. When I come down from the air, you usually spam ground pokes for when I land. It was able to catch me a lot, but sometimes I'd know what you were doing and be able to retaliate. This problem was especially true for your X-23, she'd always ground poke around when I was falling.

Quick question, are you even using the PS3 controller? I've seen people be that insane using some sort of gamepad like an old arcade deal. That might be something I can get to avoid the horrible rape I've been enduring.

Play with what you're more comfortable with. I use a stick, but I grew up playing arcade games, so it's better for me. The button presses are registered faster, but this game really doesn't need lightning fast execution for the most part. You can do just fine with a pad. It's a matter of preference really.

Those were some top tier matches, peoples. I feel my zero has some polishing up to do, and I still cant gamma charge when I want. Ammy's lightning sword seems like if used correctly, could be the most damaging of the bunch instead of just really slow. Haggar was still a major threat as always, and that GODDAMN SUPER ARMOR made me rage like I have never raged before.

Your zero was a pain with the anti-air, and sentinel was just mean. I cant hit it with any other char but ammy :I.

Ah, sorry I forgot everything I was thinking about to write for analysis. Aside from Sentinel, but I don't feel I can really give an analysis on what's wrong with Sentinel because I don't know the character too well. He's a huge target, so I take advantage of that.

And this game really needs spectator mode so I can see your battles as well. It's easier to point out mistakes when you're not in the middle of the fight thinking on your toes. When you can sit down and just watch what's going on, you can see the mistakes more clearly.


Ah, I remember one thing about Hulk. I was caught a lot because he does have super armor on one of his moves, but when I think back on it, if I just calmed down and waited for it to come out, I wouldn't have too much of a problem with it.
