Question about decent skills from items
#1
Today I heard that you just need to equip the potential item once and then you can un-equip the item and still have the skill? And if this is true, i was wondering if it would be worth it to cube a strong mechanical glove to decent SE and trade it around my characters. Just wondering xD'

Doesn't work anymore.
SMGs can't get Decent SE.

you could cube an SE glove for the buff, then re-equip stuffs every time you need SE again.

Unless you're at zakum or BG where you get hit constantly.

Strong Machine Gloves can't get Decent SE anyway, Decent SE only applies to level 120 gloves, in which case it only works on Reverse/Timeless gloves, which can not be traded around.

Yeah I'd rather not do that, I don't think decent SE is really worth it anyways

Edit: Wait how will that work after chaos if they're removing that tier? or does it just have to do with levels?

Just levels.

Removing the tier removes the % and stat bonuses associated with that tier. Decent SE is level 120, not 121, which is the tier being removed.
