You really don't have to. M/F Nen Masters play COMPLETELY different.
M.Nen is more based on using Tiger Flash and Spiral Nen, F.Nen is more based on using Nen Guard + Nen Shot.
M.Nens have Tiger Flash that works like F.Mech's G-Series -- infinite.


So just make an M.Nen if you feel like it...when it comes out...
