I don't watch her talk show (or any for that matter) but I went to one of those "As Seen on TV" stores at the mall and my friend obsessed over this shakable dumbbell weight that was on Ellen's show. I'm not exactly sure how it works but it guarantees ripped muscles and weight loss? Too bad everything in the store is majorly overpriced. $40 dollars for that placebo Power Balance bracelet too...
