Most likely haven't recovered from Maspan last mafia game.

There was plenty of time to recover, there was hardly any activity in the last few days :V

SP has been pretty dead for unknown reasons...
Mafia games are always chained one after the other, dunno what is happening. Is it a holyday or something in the USA?

My guess is that everyone is busy with midterms or something to that extent. I'll leave sign-ups open indefinitely, as I don't want to start without at least 16 people.

My reasons for not joining this Mafia game:

1.) Recently, I played an irl Mafia game. It's was fairly vanilla (detective died really fast both times lol), but it was hella exciting and active all the time. In contrast, towards the latter half of bread boy's Mafia game, there was hardly any posting or anything. Games before that I was part of the problem. This time I decided to at least do a few provocative things (without quickly leading to my lynching obviously). The people that help alleviate this issue I do not see, and the people that were part of the problem I do see in the signups list. It's discouraging. But if there's still a clamor for more Mafia games after this one, I'll certainly join in.

2.) Helps if I knew shyt about Battlestar Galactica =/ Enjoyment of Venture Mafia was improved because there were many abilities outside of the usual doctor and detective, but at the same time it felt like I was out of the loop because I didn't know anything about the roleplay elements related to the Venture series. No, Wikipedia doesn't exactly solve that problem.

Since I died pretty quickly in Infy's game which sort of gave me a break from mafia and that'll take it to an even number of players.

QQ inactivity. Really, it's the number one cause of bad mafia games (that and rigged hosting *glares at infy*). Don't let it happen.

I will do my best. Considering implementing a policy that will encourage people to be active. I'd like to get to 16 before we start, if that's possible.

I'm still on for this, even though it's been a while.
