Well today / tonight went a lot better than Friday's "sadface timez". First game was an early loss when it ended up being a 3v5 by the low 10s due to a bad Sion ragequitting, but the next 3 games went really well. I was a ganking menace, going all over the place helping lanes out and whatnot lol
I've had 3 people ask me if I was playing on a smurf account due do how bad I was killing the enemy heroes.

Also my last game, I found a big interest in Xin Zhao. That hero has some insane abilities. How hard is he to play right? I saw a couple JTV stream games where the player jungled as Xin and he was a beast.

Anyone up for a game right now? lol

Had a very interesting match last night..went on for 57 minutes which is my longest.

Our team was - Jax (me) Akali and Vlad (my 2 friends) Ashe and Xin Zhao.
Enemy team - Ryze, Poppy, Nunu, Tryd and Amumu.

The Xin got killed within 5 minutes of starting and ragequit so it was 4v5
Early game was weird. I was laning against poppy and nunu and harrased like crazy and they would ignite me at like full health o.o It eventually went the way of all normal games (at least from what ive seen) to constant back and forth team fights in mid. At one point they were all mia and 3 of them were bot, so i went to check if they were doing dragon and got ambushed and ganked lol
In the end, even though we aced their team about 4 times, we were so damaged from team fights we couldnt push and we lost. The ashe near the end was like LETS COUNTER PUSH COUNTER PUSH and runs off down mid after they had all been aced. Minion waves were at all 3 of our base towers so we were like ya lets not do that, but she continued and got ganked immediately. She then left (lol).
3v5 and they had everything but our 2 turrets protecting the nexus, so we just surrendered.

I dont think im very good with Jax, or melee in general. I tend to q at the wrong moment into a crowd that i cannot escape from and only realise it was a bad idea once im dead. Im good at the start because i harrass like a peach but once its teamfights its like ive signed a suicide pact...with myself.

ESL tourney on the horizon, anyone looking to form a team and compete? I know bob and I would be game. If not that's fine I'll just get my normal premade together (but I like SP'ers better).

I could join, but I'm not entirely sure if I could make it. Better make me a reserve or something.

Oh, and don't expect us to win. Ha ha.

 Had a nub Gangplank for a feeder, but we managed to pull out a victory...

Note: Had to stack FoN for additional MR. The other team was heavily made up of casters. >_>

I find it funny that sometimes Despair sometimes does some funny things. Yesterday on one of my losing games, there was this one Kass that kept running/teleporting around our mid 3rd row turret, and I had Despair on as I tried to counter him. He got killed (I got the credit for the kill) but it was funny as hell about how I did it (I was just turret hugging and just waiting for that Kass to stop running around like a mofo)

Honestly with merc shoes and banshees and a FoN you should rather have gotten HP, that'd have given you more surviveability :/

What do you expect me to use? RoA? Warmog? (though Kaj will bite my ass for using Warmog on a tank, though I could use it to troll the other team)

FYI I had 2.6K HP and about 1.1K MP end-game. Combined with my high MR, I was fine unless the opponents decided to team up on me on a 4v1 battle or something like that.

Went 17/4/10 with Ashe. Had all endgame luxury items. We lost.

RoA would have been fine, and at that point, I would recommend Sunfire Cape actually.

\/\/ Stacking MR would have destroyed them.

So we start out, and Nasus dcs, he was gonna take mid and I'm like "uhh... ok I'll take it since no one else wants to"... the mid enemy: Karth, I had never even seen one playing, so I ask "anything I should be aware of?" and all I get is "His ult hits everyone".... Well point is I go there, and he has this annoying huge ranged little aoe sort of mine that is the mother of harrasing, seriously I just hated it, I had to b like twice per level, he killed me once only though.... Then when he got to 6, he started using his ult to kill karma everytime, bot guys got her weak and he'd take care of her.
Anyway, at some point I say "I give up, this guy is too OP" and the friend I joined the game with tells me not to leave because w had lost nasus already, I wasn't gonna leave anyway, it was just frustration speaking. After that we lost several team fights, but they only liked to push mid which didn't work quite well, we always had someone alive there saving our last turret.
Finally, I don't know what the hell got into us, but we had them scared, I killed the death guy once or twice and Heim was all over their team with the rocket, we decide to Baron and push, we kill baron, and then we get ganked and only our Yi survives ( he escaped full health ). Next thing we notice when the 3 of us are dead is that Yi is done with their top inhib turret and the enemy sion gets to him, after some resistance he dies. Anyway, I don't even know what happened anymore but we won I'm happy.

Edit: oh yeah nasus relogged at some point late in game and started jungling. Also I remembered that being aggressive as balls is what got us the game, I just went all over the mob of champions with tibbers + w, then died and my team took care of them.

TL;DR: The deathguy champion is OP in early stages but then he became annie's peach.

Well basically if we did form a tourney team it'd be more for the daily/weekly $100 tourneys not so much for the major part of it.

We would need to practice together in normal/ranked 5's to gain synergy together and use vent/TS.
It would be a fun experience I think for some of the more seasoned players here.

We saw how the ESL Go4LoL & Master Series provided an awesome experience for our European competitors, so now we want to bring all of you the same experience on this side of the pond.

The ESL will be running two competitions for North Americans:

1.The Go4LoL Tournament Series starts with weekly $100 one day tournaments that culminate in $1,000 finals for the teams that earn the most placement points during the month.
2.The National ESL Premier League will be an invite division where the best of North Amerca compete for $5,000. The top teams will be invited to compete against their European counter-parts in the ESL Major Series. Stay tuned for more details on this division.
All of these events will also be a part of the Season One Circuit, which means that the top eight teams in each event will earn Circuit Points that advance them ever so closer to being invited to the $100,000 tournament at the end of Season One. You can find the North American standings here.

Just played a game with Duelman today as Soraka. He's kicking his looks as Riot Singed xD

Also, don't try to gank the lane with Wriggle's. It's most likely going to end in disappointment.

I would not have expected Karma to have a big problem with Karth. Shield and what not. When I'm Lux against Karth he's a bit of a joke. Repeatedly saving asses with a shield toss is pretty easy.

RoA would have been fine, and at that point, I would recommend Sunfire Cape actually.

I'm not sure if Sunfire would be the appropriate choice. Sure the HP is fine, but I'm not dealing with any Physcial-hitting champs most of the time. Though the Sunfire Aura would be nice....

 Great Game!

Notice the assist scores. Bottom team was AoE comp, top team was kill-someone-really-fast comp.

The other team has 5x Ignite. That's overkill, but nevertheless very annoying.

No one had a kill streak higher than 4. Double kills all over the place.

Malphite and me were top solo lanes. Scales were slightly tipped against him when you factor in the ganking.

Kills were even across the team lines. What sealed the deal was Baron Nashor. Half of late game was spent going back and forth fighting for control.

VV Does not exist at time of posting.

Horrible game, the opposite team had VERY annoying champions.
Mid Anivia, Bottom Twitch and blitzcrank and top Cho'Gath and Annie.
We had Annie, Teemo, Cho, MF and I don't remember what else but it sucked.
