Torp vs Cannon at Zak

I shot a few torp shots at the arms for fun while zakking and noticed I could hit the top 3/4 arms with it. Seemed like this might out dps cannon but it also seemed slow and I tended to get knocked back and moving forward again after fewer shots making it seem less effective. And my torp is level 1 while cannon is 30.

Just wondering when/what level torp might be better at zak?

Oh and... two side note questions since I just started playing again. What drops Bullseye 20 now? I failed my book and hidden-street isn't completely updated... I was kinda hoping a boss dropped it so I wouldn't have to hunt mobs.
And how do I some cheap easy % dex til I can make godly gears >.>. I feel so weak with none at all and blew most of my money on a ering 17.

Adv Homing, Pirates revenge, Rolling a 5 + energizer/apple/gelt, you're better off 1v1 the arms because of the bonus damage + summons, which is why we are best 1v1 lass. Dont use torp Unless you really want to.

Level 1 Torpedo does more DPS than maxed Cannon on three or more targets. Summons and buffs except Advanced Homing don't give a pomegranate if you're 1v1ing not.

You should always Torpedo the top arms. Bottom arms are kind of a pain so Cannon works fine there.

Doesn't it depend on your attack range? I mean bullseye gives a bigger bonus to cannon then it does to torpedo.

No.

Cannon for sure on all arms, the added Critical strike chance from hitting extra times is invaluable + its a faster cast and is just epic when you can pop out 4 CRits and ur like wow... i just did a bazillion damage, and if your still leveling... your almost sure to get the kill on an arm if you homing it and fire away since you wont be hittig the others
